It is a low-cost alternative to short code messaging that utilizes 10-digit phone numbers (i.e. 757-544-9510) based in the U.S. and Canada A dedicated phone number can be used to receive Mobile Originated (MO) or incoming messages to your application. It allows your customers and clients to initiate contact with your application first. Dedicated phone numbers are currently available in the U.S. and Canada Pricing is $1 per month per assigned number. A randomly generated area code and number only takes less than a business day. An area code specific number typically takes 1-2 business days. Canadian numbers take 14-18 business days.
